Shipping Policy:

How long orders take to deliver?

Your custom made suit will take 10 -15 working days, once your payment has been cleared. We will notify you by email as soon as your order willbe shipped. In case, Item’s delivery is delayed beyond specified time,you are advised to contact us through email.

Which shipping service we used?

We use fast and secure shipping service; DHL and FedEx. Parcel is easily traceable by the tracking number. This facility helps you to keep a close-watch on the movement of your shipment, towards its final destination; hence the customers can get their parcels right at their doorstep as per their convenience without any hassles.

Tracking details: We will provide you with the tracking number, once item is shipped.

What happen if we are not available at a time of delivery?

In case it is not possible for you to sign or collect your shipment at the probable date of arrival of your shipment, you can certainly leave a note on the door directing delivery to a neighbor, who can sign for the package on your behalf.

If no one can sign for the delivery on your behalf, Express courier will leave a note with shipment number and a contact number so that you can call them and arrange for the delivery as per your convenience. It is to be noted that, we do not make delivery at Post office box (P.O. Box) addresses.

What If the delivery will late?

If for any reason your order fails to arrive or it is unable to locate your shipment, the credit will be charged back to your credit card, equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you.

If you intimate us by email about the delivery that is taking longer than the shipping notice estimate, we will get back to you with the courier's tracking number for the shipment and directions for using this number to learn the status of your shipment. 

Where we ship from?

Being a worldwide concern, we've our production unit in several countries, including the US, Europe and Asia Region. The dispatching of the packages depend upon the availability and timely delivery, if your Fabric is available at our USA warehouse then it will directly craft and ship from there or if not, then your package will be dispatch from our international facility, keeping on priority that it shall deliver to your address on time and in good condition because, sending it to USA and send it to your address would take time and cost as well therefore, we ship directly from our production unit where the fabric is available.

Return and Exchange Policy:

 We are committed to offer our customers with most trendy, innovative, stylish and flawless products. We never compromise on quality or give false commitments, and follow a clear policy because we value our customers and want you to know everything before you buy. We have streamlined our policy and hope to seek your cooperation on abiding these clauses.

Size:

It is very important that, you cross check your measurements carefully before placing an order. Custom size information is available with detailed steps for measuring your size on our website. If you have any question regarding size, feel free to email us.

Cancellation of Order:

All custom orders from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your suits / tuxedo is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Damage Product:

 Before shipping of your product, our quality control department inspects the product on varied quality standards to ascertain that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website. If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then will we get you a replacement shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email us, specifying the extent of damage, within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Refunds:

The customer can claim for the return and refund within 30 days, if you received defected or wrong item. You can email us on sales@jbsuits.com. But make sure no refund will be issued if the product is without its original tags, packing, damaged or used too many time.
